He works closely with members throughout the Precision Nutrition and Recovery & Performance programs, combining advanced diagnostics with practical lifestyle interventions.

Training & experience
James earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Duke University before completing his Doctor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he contributed to research in cardiovascular prevention, metabolic health, and human performance.
Before joining Longeva, James spent nearly a decade leading preventive medicine programs for executives, entrepreneurs, and athletes, focusing on early disease detection, nutrition, recovery, and performance optimization.
